Hello hello ! En cette première semaine de septembre et de période de rentrée des classes et retour au boulot, j'étais d'humeur à me donner de la motivation pour cette nouvelle rentrée. Je vous présente donc comment j'ai fais un tableau d'inspiration, aussi appelé tableau de motivation ou Motivation Board en anglais.

Hi there ! With this first week of September starting, and this European Back to School / Back to Work period of time, I wanted to give myself some motivation to kick off this " new " year. So today, I present you my motivation Board / Inspiration Board.

Son objectif ? La représentation visuelle de nos envies, rêves et objectifs de l'années/de la période. En l'affichant chez soi, on a un rappel constant de tout ce qui nous tient à cœur et nous pousse à nous dépasser chaque jour. Il vous faut donc rassembler des images, des titres ou mots-clés qui vous parlent et qui resteront dans votre mémoire. De cette manière, les objectifs fixés auront l'air de plus en plus concrets.

The objective ? Have a visual representation of your will, dreams & objectives for the year/amount of time. By putting it on the wall, you'll have a permanent reminder of what you want in life so every time you see it, you would get a motivational dose of energy. You just have to gather titles, key words and (the most important part), images that talk to you and will stay in your mind. This way, things will become more concrete and you would like to put more effort into it to make it happen.

Dans mon cas, j'ai fait plusieurs " catégories " : voyages, l'université/travail, le bien-être personnel ainsi que le changement d'environnement. Autour de ces " titres ", j'ai ajouté quelques mots-clés et surtout, beaucoup d'images.
J'ai trouvé la majorité des photos sur Pinterest - We Heart It et les ai rassemblés par " catégories ". Au centre, j'ai décidé d'ajouter une carte du monde en effet " aquarelle " (également trouvée sur Pinterest) afin de mettre des épingles là où j'ai pour objectif de voyager ou encore des endroits qui m'ont fait rêvé en voyageant. Cette partie est toujours " en construction ". 😉

For my vision board, I did different categories : travel, college/work, self-care and personal environement. Around theses " titles " I put down a lot of image to illustrate what I have in mind and some key words.
I found the majority of the pictures on Pinterest / We Heart It and gather them in " categories ". In the center, I decided to pin a world map in watercolor style (also find on the web) so I can pin places I want to go and places that made me dream when I've traveled. This part is still a work in progress.
