D'habitude je suis une grande fan des produits NARS, genre le blush 'Orgasm' qui porte bien son nom puisqu'il est orgasmique tant au niveau de la pigmentation qu'au niveau scintillement bien dosé (sans faire boule de Noël). Et en plus, il va bien sur absolument toutes les teintes de peaux !
Et voilà que j'avais hâte l'hiver passé d'aquérir mon tout 1er fond de teint NARS. Il faut savoir qu'il en existe 2 sortes : le matte et le sheer glow. Forcément, avec un hiver à -30, j'avais envie d'un teint santé avec une belle lumière et tout et tout, mon choix s'est alors porté sur le sheer glow avec la teinte Barcelona.
Sauf que ça va pas du tout. Mais alors, pas-du-tout. J'aurais pris le fond de teint version matte, ça aurait été la même chose ! Alors tout l'hiver, j'ai boudé ce fond de teint NARS (NO) sheer glow. Il a fait comme moi, hiberner.
Et puis voilà que maintenant il fait pratiquement 30 degrés, la peau devient moins cadavérique, elle produit plus de sébum alors je ressors mon ex-déception Nars de son trou. Alors là tout va bien, le fond de teint matifie (!) bien. Mais après quelques utilisations, ça commence à m'agacer cette histoire. Ok je m'explique : un fond de teint Nars c'est environ $60 pour un petit 30 ml et à ce prix là, ils pourraient quand même mettre une pompe ! Ô scandale. Alors oui, comme c'est marqué sur la bouteille 'Bien Agiter' alors j'agite, j'agite ! Et bam, je me retrouve avec du produit à l'intérieur du bouchon qui coule sur les bords de la bouteille. Bref, le massacre.
Mais bon. Il a une bonne couvrance, une bonne tenue et j'aime quand même le porter mais une chose est sûre, je ne le rachèterai pas. Je comptes d'ailleurs retourner avec mon premier amour : le HD foundation de MakeUp ForEver.

I usually am a big fan of the NARS products like the Orgasm blush which is awesome either for the high pigmentation or for the glowy finish (not too much shine though). Besides this blush can definitely fit on everyone skintone !
This past winter, I was so excited to get my very first NARS foundation ! There are 2 different kind of foundations : the matte and the sheer glow. With this terrible winter (remember that I live in Quebec), I chose the sheer glow one, hoping to get that luminous and glowy look like J.Lo.
But after the first layer applied, I was so desappointed ! It was definitely a matte foundation. No sheer, no glow at all.
And the bottle is not any kind of handy. For the price (CAN$60 for 30ml), it does not even come with a pump. Everytime I shake the bottle before using it, all the liquid is running out everywhere. A real big mess !
Even if it is a good MATTE (!) foundation for this summer, and I kind of love it due to his nice and long lasting coverage, I will not buy it again. I will definitely go back to my first crush, the MakeUp Forever HD foundation.
